3. Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping.

Calculated Rates: For orders under $75 or for expedited shipping options, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the carrier rates.

4. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Orders placed before our daily cutoff time of 2 PM MST may be processed the same day.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

5. Delivery Time Estimates

Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days

2-Day Shipping: 2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

7. International Shipping Details

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs and taxes applied to their order. We ship most international orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) when the option is available, but this cannot be guaranteed for all destinations.
